Moms aren’t failing at fitness. Most moms know how to work out. The problem is that we put everyone and everything else first—so by the time we think about ourselves, there’s nothing left.
Reclaim Your Core is about working from the inside out—starting with your heart and core values—so you can take care of yourself without guilt, prevent burnout, and show up with the energy you deserve for the people you love most.
This is a structured six-week experience designed to help you build consistency without pressure. Each week builds on the last, allowing progress that fits into real life.
All workouts are designed to be done at home with minimal equipment. Each workout focuses on full-body strength with intentional core engagement to support stability and posture.
If you already have a movement routine you love — such as bungee, hot yoga, or another consistent practice — you’re encouraged to continue using it as part of this program. Reclaim Your Core is about building consistency and supporting your body, not replacing what already works for you.
Each week includes a simple focus to help you reconnect with your body, your habits, and your priorities. These small, intentional shifts help reduce overwhelm and build sustainable routines.
Instead of daily pressure, you’ll complete a weekly reflection to check in with your progress, mindset, and habits. This allows space for honesty, grace, and real growth.
You’ll be supported through structure and accountability that encourages you to return when life gets busy — not quit. This program is designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you “should” be.

Each week you’ll have two workout videos to choose from. Pick the day that works best for you—then complete each video twice per week (4 total workout days).

Grace is a certified fitness instructor who challenges and encourages clients to bring their best effort to every workout. Her coaching style focuses on building strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that supports all fitness levels.
Natalee is a certified fitness instructor who brings energy, positivity, and a supportive approach to every class. She’s passionate about helping clients build strength and confidence while making fitness both effective and enjoyable.
