Nope! Bungee is for all fitness levels. The cords provide support, so it’s easier on your joints while still giving you a challenging workout.
Yes. For safety, participants must be between 90–240 lbs, at least 18 years old (or 14+ with a signed parent/guardian waiver), not pregnant, and without recent major surgeries or injuries.
Just water, energy, and a good attitude! We provide all equipment and harnesses.
Yes! Our instructors are certified and our equipment is inspected regularly. Bungee workouts are designed to be low-impact while still providing an intense cardio burn.
On average, participants burn 400–600 calories per class, depending on effort and intensity.
Yes — our intro session is called Bungee Basics. We recommend all new clients start here before jumping into other classes. Also, we have an amazing Intro Package - 2 classes for only $29!

Yes. Spots are limited due to harness stations, so booking ahead is required.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class to keep your class credit.

Yes — we offer 1-Day and 2-Day training programs in Effingham, IL. You’ll learn rigging, safety, class design, choreography, and more. See our Get Certified page for details.
Your certification does not expire as long as you remain in our Affiliate Program, which keeps you updated on equipment standards and industry changes.
Yes! For those unable to travel, we offer online certification with video submission. Official Sling Bungee equipment is required.
Yes — but we strongly recommend certification if you plan to open a studio. Certification ensures you know how to rig, inspect, and teach safely.
Each instructor must be trained and certified by a Sling Master Trainer. Materials, videos, and manuals are only provided to officially certified instructors.
