We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your class start time! 

For your first time at our studio you will:

1.  Check in and fill out paperwork
2.  Weigh-in to ensure bungee safety. This will be in a private space.
3.  The instructor will help you get strapped in to your bungee.
4.  Once everyone is safely harnessed in class will begin.

• We recommend wearing atheltic leggings or biker shorts, shirt or tank top that covers your stomach and a medium-high impact sports bra.

Pro-tip: Black hides sweat!

• Tennis shoes are required during your workout!
• Also, don't forget to bring water to stay hydrated! 

You must take the BUNGEE BASICS class before taking any other bungee classes. We do recommend completing every class in each level before moving onto the next level.

• Fly classes weight restriction: 90 - 250 pounds
• "No" Fly weight restriction: 90 - 275 pounds
• Bounce n' Burn weight restriction 90 -  300 pounds
• You can not participate if you are pregnant
• If you have chronic neck or back pain you must be approved by your doctor to participate.
• If you have had recent surgery you must be approved by your doctor
• If you have current injuries you must be approved by a doctor
• Minimum age is 15 for bungee classes and 13 for bounce classes. If you are under the age of 18 you must have written consent by a guardian
• You cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• No eating food or chewing gum during a bungee workout

We require a 8-hour notice for class cancellations. If you cancel less than 8 hours before the class, you will be charged for a class credit.

We offer restricted memberships as well as class packages. Please visit our website for more information on pricing.

You should arrive at least 15 minutes before your class. Don't be late because we lock our doors once the class time begins. We will not disturb the class to reopen a door for a late customer out respect for other paying clients.

Unfortunately, we do not have space for childcare. No children or pets are allowed in the studio.

We may cancel a class due to weather, emergency maintenance, personal emergencies, or minimum class size. You will be notified if the class is cancelled for any of these reasons and you will be granted your credit back.

We do not have set hours. We are open by appointment only.
