During this class you will learn the basics of bungee fitness, which include harness safety, footwork techniques, and bungee terminology. This is a high energy, low impact class that incorporates learning the basic skills, to prepare you for the next level. You will take flight in this class! Once this class is completed you can move on to Level 2 classes.
Weight Restrictions
Minimum: 90 lbs.
Maximum: 250 lbs.

If you've been away from cardio exercises and wish to ease back into them, this class is ideal for you. The session begins with cardio exercises in the bungee harness, followed by an arm workout, and concludes with a core workout.

BUNGEE BOOTCAMP
BUNGEE BASICS REQUIRED BEFORE ATTENDING ANY LEVEL 2 CLASS!
The class only uses skills learned in Bungee Basics, no new skills. This allows for a continuous high cardio burn. Part two of the class will be spent out of the harness for an arm strength workout and Bungee Core.
